ISLAMABAD: Minister for Interior Sheikh Rasheed on Monday said that Pakistan will accept whatever decision Afghanistan takes for the betterment of their country.
While addressing a press conference, the minister mentioned that Pakistan wants peace in Afghanistan, adding that the opposition, government and armed forces are on a single page over the Afghanistan issue.
He also said the situation in Afghanistan now would not be similar to that in the 90s and Pakistan’s armed forces are ready to fulfill their national responsibilities. “Pakistan’s peace is linked to the peace in the neighbouring country,” he added.
The interior minister validated his audio regarding the solicitation of votes for the PTI. “If I had to go to Kashmir to ask for votes, I would go,” he added.
He further said that PDM has finished, predicting that after the election of Azad Jammu Kashmir, PDM will come to its original size.
Sheikh Rasheed once again reiterated that the Indian agency RAW was behind the blast in Johar Town area of Lahore.
